Registration for the Colloquium is handled through this online form.

Registration costs are based on academic position, with reduced rates for contingent faculty, independent scholars, and graduate students. 

​

Itemized receipts/confirmations will be sent with each registration via email, so please check your spam folders if you do not receive one.

Registration and Meals

Deadline: Feb 20th, 2025

When you register for the conference, please give your preferred name, your institution, and your pronouns as you would like them to appear on your conference badge. 

​

You will also register for meals as part of this same form and will be able to let us know about any accessibility accommodations or food requirements you may require. It is very important to us that we make the conference as welcoming as possible, and we will do our very best to accommodate these requests.

A note about meals: while Sewanee does offer restaurant options in the area, around 90% of attendees dine with us for each meal. These communal gatherings are a hallmark of the event, and it is worth noting that the conviviality and collaboration that occurs in these times are often the highlight of the Colloquium experience. With that said, meals need to be purchased through the form, including any additional meal tickets you would like to have for non-registered guests. We cannot offer meal tickets at the door, because our caterers need an accurate headcount some days before the conference.
